Employment and Training

Connecting older adults and community members with opportunities to build skills, gain experience, and pursue meaningful employment.
Supporting Employment and Community Opportunities
ESAAA/CAA is committed to helping older adults remain independent, active, and connected within their communities. We provide a range of services designed to support seniors as they navigate the challenges that can come with aging, while helping them remain safely in their homes for as long as possible. Through services such as case management, options counseling, in-home assistance, senior centers, transportation, and other community resources, we work with individuals and their families to identify their needs and connect them with appropriate support. Our goal is to help older adults stay safe, independent, and connected to their communities while making sure they have the support they need to live comfortably on the Eastern Shore.
