New Orleans! 🎉

Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! The seniors of Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency (ESAAA/CAA) are heading to beautiful New Orleans for an exciting 9-day, 8-night getaway from September 26 through October 4, 2026!

The Virginia Head Start Association is encouraging families, staff, and community members to make their voices heard regarding proposed changes to Head Start. These changes could affect important areas such as classroom ratios, services for children with disabilities, administrative funding, health screenings, and transportation. Public comments must be submitted by October 6, 2026. Your voice matters—help advocate for strong, high-quality Head Start services for children and families across our communities.

Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency (ESAAA/CAA) is excited to kick off our Weatherization Program on October 1, 2026! This program will help eligible households in Accomack and Northampton Counties improve the energy efficiency, comfort, and safety of their homes while helping to reduce energy costs.
