Legal & Advocacy

Helping older adults and community members understand their rights, access legal resources, and receive advocacy and support when they need it.
Supporting Rights, Dignity, and Independence
ESAAA/CAA helps older adults and community members access information, support, and advocacy related to their rights and well-being. Through services such as Legal Assistance and the Ombudsman Program, individuals can receive support in understanding their rights and addressing concerns that may affect their independence, safety, and quality of life. Our goal is to help individuals navigate challenges, understand their options, and connect with the appropriate resources and support within their community.
