Medicare Open Enrollment Is Coming — We’re Here to Help!

Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 through December 7, and the Eastern Shore Area Agency on Aging/Community Action Agency (ESAAA/CAA) is ready to help Medicare beneficiaries navigate their options with confidence.

Medicare choices can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Our team includes trained and certified Medicare counselors who are available to provide free, unbiased, and confidential counseling to Medicare beneficiaries, their families, and caregivers.

During Open Enrollment, our counselors can help you review your current Medicare coverage, compare Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plan options, understand changes in costs and benefits, and determine whether your current coverage continues to meet your needs for the upcoming year.

Even if you are happy with your current plan, Open Enrollment is a great time to review your coverage because plans, premiums, prescription drug coverage, provider networks, and other benefits can change from year to year.
